Job Description

Work with a leading utilities business on initiatives to uplift sales funnels and conversion. $800-$1000 p/d. Melbourne based (hybrid working model). CRO / Sales funnel experience crucial.

Requirements

• Ideally a UX / UI / Product Designer with experience in experimenting with site/apps changes and monitoring conversion impact.
• End-to-end product design capabilities, strong A/B testing skills, and adept at stakeholder management.
• Experience in Figma, large-scale website conversions, A/B testing, Design Systems, user journey creation, and collaborating with Product and Dev teams.
• Understanding of user behavior through app and website analytics. Passion for design, technology, and self-improvement. Usability Testing experience.
• 4+ years’ Commercial experience as a UX / Product Designer. Skills in Figma, InVision, Zeplin. Large-scale business experience with a mature design team.
• Portfolio showcasing work on data-heavy UX projects. Understanding of mobile, web, and responsive design. Simplified design passion and exceptional communication skills.
